Dipity has an interesting idea -- take any series of events and create a timeline so that you can visualize what has happened.

Here I just put something together for my Second Life:  Seven of us



I could see a lot of uses for something like this!  Just two off the top of my head:
  • spread out your work experience and embed it in your resume to provide a visual path for your career
  • chart the milestones of a relationship to help you organize photos and other memorabilia
