I never got to Trig, because the Algebra teacher was so bad, I was lucky I had a Uncle that learned in a backwoods school in the 30's explained it to me, and then I found people with a high school degree who couldn't read a ruler, let alone add and subtract fractions, or convert decimals to fractions, My dad taught me that, and I could teach most apprentices in about a half an hour. When I was in the Service I had to learn how to use antique Data Encryption equipment the Sarge was calling me stupid because other students were repeating it , I found another technician, and had to explain it to the Sarge and the other student then he understood
